Checks for connection, wallet, and game problems.
The world does not load
Reload the page and check your connection. Use an up-to-date browser with WebGL and hardware acceleration enabled. If the city is unavailable, try again later; reconnecting should not require another token purchase.
My wallet or items look wrong
Check the selected address and chain ID 31340. Reconnect at devnet.load.game if you previously played through an older hostname. Browser sessions are specific to the site you opened.
Check whether the item was a free preview or a confirmed purchase. A devnet reset can clear chain-backed ownership and positions.
A transaction is pending or failed
Inspect the transaction status in your wallet before retrying. An approval alone does not complete a purchase. Check your test ETH for gas, token balance, allowance, and the current quote.
If the quote changed, refresh and review it before confirming again. For an interrupted paid gacha preview, use Resume Spin instead of starting a new purchase.
Farm values look stale
Refresh the farm panel after the transaction confirms. Metrics can take a short time to catch up. Unavailable values are not proof of a zero balance; check the position again once the connection recovers.
My Farms shows staked LP positions only. A direct LOAD stake or LP held loose in your wallet will not appear there.
Voice is silent
Click the page to allow audio, check the game's voice volume, and confirm that your browser tab is not muted. Move closer to the other player.
To speak, enable your microphone in the game and grant browser microphone permission. You can keep listening with your microphone muted.
